The FamJamz Team will be at Open House Ministries this Saturday! UBC volunteers will help with refreshments, crafts,  story time, bible distribution, fruit baskets and decorations for Christmas.  All ages are welcome, but registration is required. (Children under 8 need to work alongside their parents).

We encourage you to bring an ornament and some fruit for our friends in the neighborhood.

Hwy 252 Christmas Party!

Cost is $5/child or $10/family (two or more elementary-age kids), collected at the door. There will be lots of fun activities and yummy food. Prizes will be awarded to kids who bring visitors. UPDATE!!

Super Summer Fun Days have been combined, and all grades (K-3 completed) will participate on Tuesday, July 13. Don’t miss it!

Here is what you need to know:

Date:       Tuesday, July 13th

Cost:         $20.00  (per child)

Time:        8:30a.m.-5:00p.m.

Location: Camp Owaissa Bauer (17001 S.W. 264th St. in Homestead)

Parents will drop off at UBC at 8:30am and and pick up from UBC at 5:00pm. UBC staff, volunteers and kids will be transported to and from the campsite together. In between, your kids will have a BLAST as a part of a “family group” with other kids their age, playing wacky team games and participating in awesome activities focused around friendship, cooperation and fun! Registration is required by July 6, but the sooner you register, the more certain your spot! Once registered, a “what to bring” sheet will be emailed to you. We’ll also need you to fill out a health form for each child attending and return it to the main office by Sunday, July 11th. This release form must be received in order for your child to participate in the Super Summer Fun Day.

Kids Kamp is a sleep-away camp @ Camp Owaissa Bauer (Homestead, FL) on July 14-17. Designed for 4th & 5th graders, kids will get a chance to discover life applications (apps) found in God’s Word. You can expect three nights of rockin’ worship, intense games, crazy skits, campfire s’mores and hanging out with friends. You won’t want to miss it! Cost is $150. Financial assistance is available.

Hey, Parents of K-3rd graders!

Do you have plans for your kids on March 1st? Well, many of them will be home since public schools are off that day, so we’ve planned a trip to Metro Zoo! We can’t wait to spend the day with our K-3rd grade friends AND THEIR FRIENDS in the Amazon and Beyond!

* We MAY be able to work out a drop off at the zoo for those who live in West Kendall.
